Frequently asked questions
What are the base and wall replacement end panels for?
The cabinets in this range of kitchens are all white or oyster in colour so if you're going to see the sides of any of your wall or base units it's possible to replace the side of the cabinet with one that matches the door colour. Replacement end panels are supplied in pairs (left and right).
Which forms of payment do you accept?
Credit or debit cards, BACS transfer or cheque.
How long do deliveries take from time of order?
Most kitchens are dispatched within 5-7 working days (often quicker), although please allow up to 14 days. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a convenient delivery date. We recommend waiting until your kitchen has been delivered before scheduling an installation date with your installers.
Can you give me a timeslot for my delivery?
We are unable to offer timed deliveries, 8am to 5-30pm is the normal delivery time.
How much does delivery cost?
The shopping cart will automatically calculate the delivery charge based on the items in your shopping cart, up to a maximum of £50.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout mainland UK. Although we are unable to deliver to N. Ireland or the Scottish or Channel Islands we're more than happy to deliver to any UK port for customers to arrange their own onward transport.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is available at our factory in Washington, Tyne & Wear. We will contact you to let you know when the order is complete.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
Credit or debit cards, BACS transfer or cleared cheque.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
As we occasionally use third party delivery services we are unable to offer this option.
Are your kitchens supplied assembled or flat-packed?
All units are supplied flat packed. This helps reduce damage in transit, takes up less storage space in your home and reduces manufacturing cost. Clear, simple instructions are included - once you've built one, you'll manage the rest no problem!
Can you design my kitchen for me?
Regrettably we're not able to offer this service to our online customers.
What happens if one of my appliances fail?
All of our appliances come with at least a 12 month manufacturer guarantee. If for any reason you do experience a problem then just contact the manufacturer directly. Alternatively you can contact us for guidance and help resolving the problem.
What do I need for a built in appliance like a dishwasher / washing machine / fridge freezer?
Appliances like these do not require a cabinet, all that is needed is an extra door usually described as an "Appliance Door". You should check the appliance manufacturers specification for the correct size. As a general guide if the appliance has hidden controls and is 600mm wide it will require a 715mm x 596mm door. If it has a control panel that shows with the door closed it will require a 570mm x 596mm. If the appliance is on the end of a run, don’t forget to order an end panel.
What do I need for a built in appliance like a built under oven?
Double built under ovens do not require a cabinet, all that is generally needed are 2 end panels to mount the ovens runners on. Single ovens however, will require a "Built Under Oven Housing". Please check the appliance manufacturers specification for the correct details or call our sales line for advice.
